Universities and associations support the association. The profiles are only visible after logging in. The profiles are anonymized and show what the women currently want to make accessible. A desired contact goes through a femdat email.
FEMtech
With FEMtech, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology (BMVIT) aims to support women in research and technology to find the same framework conditions and opportunities for success as men in the professional environment. FEMtech offers network meetings and other events on the professional situation. The project "PROfessur" of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Hannover draws the attention of professionally qualified women working in the economy to the professorship at the university of applied sciences and brings the professorship at the university of applied sciences as a career goal to the attention of young female scientists and university graduates.
