Human Resources Planning and Controlling

Main Duties

HR Planning

  • Providing planning and management information for the university boards, for the heads of divisions or the budget managers of the university

HR Management

  • Preparation of decision paper and statements for the university boards in case of an application introduced by the budget managers
  • Consulting of faculties and heads of divisions for the quantitative personnel planning  and the choice of the source of funds (exclusive of third-party funds)
  • Monitoring of the budget observance

HR Controlling

  • Conception, realisation und analysis of the instruments for:
    • 10-year budget planning
    • Extrapolation of the personnel costs
    • Management of the establishment plans
    • Tailor-made support of the heads of divisions and  the budget managers  (reports)
