The enaCom at the University of Bonn has also set itself the goal of strengthening the start-up culture in the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg area. Together we organise events such as "CIRCLE meets Region Bonn-Rhein-Sieg".

One of the largest start-ups to emerge from H-BRS. In 2006, true fruits was founded by three H-BRS students; today you can find the iconic smoothies in almost every supermarket.

University of Cologne

With the Gateway Excellence Start-up Centre, the University of Cologne has been supporting start-ups since 2015. Since 2018, it has also offered its own accelerator programme.

Women Entrepreneurs in Science

Women Entrepreneurs in Science is a network for female founders and was launched by the University of Wuppertal. The cross-university project connects female entrepreneurs and women from universities in North Rhine-Westphalia who are interested in starting a business and creates the necessary awareness.
