The Language Centre is a key facility at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciencesworks and works in close cooperation with all the departments, offering tailor-made courses in currently fourteen modern languages designed to suit their individual requirements. Furthermore, the Language Centre provides courses in intercultural communication and other key competencies, language testing, writing centres for German and English, tandem language learning as well as international projects. Enroled students have the option to study additional languages alongside their required courses. The courses are classified according to the different levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

LEA (de: Lernen und Arbeiten online / engl: Studying and Working Online) is the central teaching and learning platform of the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. Here students will not only find materials for their courses, but also can just as readily exchange information with their fellow students, set up their own learning groups or utilise self-learning programs.

The so-called "Service Point" is a general drop-in-centre for students and lecturers when information or course materials are needed. The Sevice Point itself is run by students and runs offices located on both campuses. Among others, the typical services of the "Service Point" are:
- maintenance and repair of the technical devices
- general study / course related concerns of students and lecturers
- issueing of writing and course materials (e.g. presentation and moderator's toolkits)
- rent of presenters, cables, adapter cables, etc.
The Career Service is a point of contact for students and graduates looking for jobs and internships, as well as for companies that aim to recruit students and graduates from the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences.
