In particular, they should learn to use the instruments of controlling in order to recognise deviations between the desired goals and what is probably achievable in good time, and to develop, evaluate and decide on options for action. They can work as specialists and managers in all areas of the company where a structured, methodical approach is required. In addition to general management skills, the programme focuses in particular on the typical professional fields of corporate management, controlling and accounting. The skills taught are also in demand in the areas of investor relations and corporate finance.
