Digitization is changing day-to-day research practices across all fields of academic inquiry. Research data of every kind are collected, processed, analyzed, published and archived in digital systems. This workshop gives you an introduction into Research Data Management (RDM).

A workshop offered by the Bonn Graduate Center in cooperation with the Bonn University and State Library. The training is part of the joint training programme offered by the "Netzwerk Schulung, Beratung und Kuratierung"

Course description

Digitization is changing day-to-day research practices across all fields of academic inquiry. Research data of every kind are collected, processed, analyzed, published and archived in digital systems. The term Research Data Management (RDM) refers to a range of activities and topics relating to the handling of digital research data. Except for microphone and webcam, no technical equipment or prior knowledge is required for this online workshop.
