Technical support of the library

We are pleased to introduce our new technical support service, which is now available to assist you with any technical issues you may have.

Our aim is to provide you with an efficient solution to your technical problems and enable you to work smoothly.
Our technical support service is available from Monday to Friday from 1 to 3 pm in Sankt Augustin. Our team of technical experts specializes in answering your questions, solving problems and helping you get the most out of your technical devices and programs.

Our services include:

•     Troubleshooting your mobile devices.
•     Support with setting up and configuring software and operating systems.
•     Advice on data backup.
•     Help with setting up and using mobile devices and apps.
•     Remote support (remote access).

Please note that remote access must be configured on your computer in order to use the electronic services (e-books, e-journals, databases).
