On 18 November 2025, the time has come: The 1st Bonn Impact Pitch Night will bring the best start-up ideas for the common good in the Bonn/Rhine-Sieg region to the stage. From 5 to 8 p.m., the DIGITALHUB at Bonn Central Station will be transformed into a meeting place for everyone interested in impact, sustainability and the founders of tomorrow.

5 teams, 5 ideas, 1 stage - selected from the region's universities and the open wildcard competition
Keynote with exciting impulses from the impact scene
Live pitches in front of the jury and audience: Which idea will convince and win?
Networking with snacks & drinks - meet like-minded people, discuss ideas, build contacts

Prizes & Jury

The best ideas will be honoured with prize money for the top 3 places. The decision is made by a jury of experienced representatives of the regional start-up and impact ecosystem.

Call for Ideas: Impact Pitch Night Banner

You still have until 12 October to submit your idea and claim one of the pitch spots! We are looking for ideas that are not only smart, but also sensible and solve ecological or social challenges! Regardless of whether it's a prototype, concept or already on the market - the decisive factor is that your idea is aimed at the common good and has the potential to make a real difference. You could win up to €3,000 as well as visibility, feedback and valuable contacts.

Anybody with an idea for the common good and the courage to show it off can take part.

SoNaR - Social start-ups, sustainable impact

Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, the University of Bonn and Alanus University are pursuing a new programme with the project SoNaR - Sozial gründen, nachhaltig wirken: Impact Cluster Region Bonn-Rhein-Sieg as part of the funding guideline "Nachhaltig wirken - Förderung gemeinwohlorientierter Unternehmen" of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK), a new programme to support start-ups with a focus on the common good.

The "SoNaR" project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the "Sustainable Impact" programme.
