The third-party funding team advises the project managers of approved/acquired third-party funded projects (sovereign and commercial) during project implementation.
The tasks include
- Providing figures on expenditure incurred to date
- Carrying out calls for funds
- Preparation of numerical interim and final utilisation reports
- Applying for reallocation of funds
- Applying for a cost-neutral extension of the project term
