Below is some information on finding accommodation for students in the Bonn/Rhine-Sieg region. It is a good idea to actively look for a flat or a room as early as possible, or to develop a plan for a temporary solution for the initial period.

You will find advertisements for flats in online listings or in local newspapers. The files at the receptions in Sankt Augustin or Rheinbach can also be worth a look. There you can find offers for accommodation and jobs in the area.

Rooms in student halls of residence

The Studierendenwerk Bonn (Student services provider) offers places (single rooms in shared flats, apartments, double apartments and two- to four-room apartments for studying parents) in its 29 halls of residence.
There is one hall of residence in Rheinbach (Keramikerstraße 38) and one in Sankt Augustin (Europaring). The others are located in Bonn. The webpage of the Studierendenwerk provides an overview on the available options.

Applications for accommodation are dealt with by the Studierendenwerk Bonn. The Online Application for a place in a resident hall is non-binding and can be sent without a matriculation certificate or admission notice.
