Equal Opportunities Office

Gender Equality at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg

Gender and family-friendly university

The Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1995 as a women-friendly university. Equality is not only a task of the central and decentralized Equal Opportunity Commissions and the Equal Opportunity Commission, but it is a concern of the entire university. In 2006, the Presidential Board decided to develop the university as a gender- and family-friendly university.

Head of Gender Equalities Office

The Equal Opportunity Commissioner is supported by three employees in the Equal Opportunity Office and is represented in each department by two decentralized Equal Opportunity Commissioners as needed.
