“Try it” Vacation childcare program canceled - Offer of financial support for holiday childcare costs

Employees can receive financial support for children up to and including the age of 14 who participate in holiday care provided by external providers. You can find more information about the requirements and the application form here:

We have found a good alternative for students based on the offer for employees. NEW is that the university will also reimburse a fixed amount per week or per year for students' children up to and including the age of 14, provided that the requirements specified in the application form are met and the correctly completed application form with proof of holiday care is submitted to the Equal Opportunities Office. Funds will be allocated in the order in which applications are received, subject to availability. We want to provide you with the best possible support with this offer; however, there is no legal entitlement to reimbursement.
This offer is valid from the fall break 2025. You are welcome to request the form and instructions from me by email or phone. The application must be submitted to the Equal Opportunities Office (HELP counseling center: help@h-brs.de) no later than one month after the end of the holiday care.
