In our no obligation start-up consultation, we answer your individual questions on the topic of starting up, taking over a business or becoming self-employed. No matter what phase of the start-up process you are in, our start-up scouts Lea and Peter are your partners for start-up-specific questions.

Simply fill out the registration form and we will contact you to arrange a consultation. Our consultation services are aimed at both start-up teams and individuals and are also available in English.

Speedback appointments take place every week on alternating days.

Our transformation consultation supports start-ups and existing companies in the targeted development of their business model. It's not about fundamentally changing everything; even small changes can make a big difference. Together, we identify potential and levers to strengthen social impact, sustainability and a focus on the common good. The free consultation also includes a look at suitable legal forms, funding opportunities and networks. The aim is to work together to identify how your company can develop more impact step by step - in a practical way and tailored to your needs.

Many people stumble over legal issues, questions about contracts or taxes when founding a company. In cooperation with our partners, we can offer you support in this area:

1. Thanks to our cooperation with two law firms, we can issue legal advice vouchers for specific legal issues. The allocation is decided individually after a preliminary discussion as part of our start-up consultation. If you are interested, please contact our start-up coaches.
2. To get an initial overview of general legal issues, we can offer you extended access to the Legal Academy as part of our partnership with RAKETENSTART. You can also use the contract generator for quick contract creation.

If you are primarily concerned with financial issues, we will be happy to help you find the right financing mix for your start-up. Our start-up lexicon provides an initial overview of financing options for start-ups.

The following funding programmes may be of particular interest to you: the EXIST start-up grant from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) and the NRW start-up grant from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalization and Energy of the state of NRW. The EXIST research transfer program primarily supports research-based projects.
