Patrick Lenzen, a student of Business Informatics in the Department of Computer Science, has successfully completed his bachelor's colloquium on the topic of ‘Automation and Optimisation of Frontend Unit Tests with the Help of Artificial Intelligence’. Due to the high technical relevance of his work, he was invited by the German Informatics Society (GI) to present his findings at the Cologne regional group's theme evening.

The event's main theme is:

‘The IT profession – are developers still needed?’

Patrick Lenzen will be one of three speakers at the event, presenting his perspective from an academic training background and his research findings.
