From 11:00 - 13:00, you can explore various laboratories and offers in the Department of Computer Science. Open are:
HPC cluster - server room, Javed Razzaq, (Laboratory for Parallel and Distributed Systems, Room A136)
In High Performance Computing (HPC), computationally intensive parallel programmes from different disciplines, such as scientific simulations, data analysis or artificial intelligence, are executed. Gain an insight into the computer systems that make it possible to solve these interdisciplinary tasks!
Interested in games or modern research? David Bernhardt - GameDev team (Room C058, C061)
In the Game Studio (Room C058), the GameDev team will be presenting the computer games they have developed and you can play them.
Directly opposite, the Visual Computing Lab (C 061) offers all science enthusiasts exciting insights into the latest research projects of the Institute for Visual Computing (IVC).
