Electrical Engineering with a specialisation in Electrotechnical Systems Development for the Agricultural Sector (MEng)

On the binational Master's degree programme run by the Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL) in Argentina and the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (HBRS), engineering students learn how methods and techniques from electrical engineering can be applied in agricultural science.

The two-year Master's degree programme is delivered equally at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in Germany and the Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL) in Argentina, and offers a unique opportunity to combine engineering studies with intensive cultural exchange. Teaching is conducted in the respective national language. Graduates can obtain two qualifications: firstly, the ‘Master of Engineering’ (MEng) in Electrical Engineering and, secondly, the ‘Maestría en Diseño de Sistemas Electrónicos aplicados a la Agronomía’.

Applications to Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg are made for the “Electrical Engineering” degree programme with a specialisation in Electrical Systems Development. You can apply from 15 November to 15 March to start in the Summer semester, and from 15 May to 15 September to start in the Winter semester. Students must remain enrolled in Germany for the duration of their studies. In addition, from the third semester onwards, on-site enrolment in Argentina is required.
