Children's University in April 2025: How do gummy bears become gummy? (Gallery)
In the fruit gum laboratory of employee Guido Krause, the young scientists of the Children's University in the Rhein-Sieg district produced delicious gummy bears with their own hands. The sweet treat has been tempting children and adults alike since the 1920s. Why is that? What are the bears made of? How are they made? In addition to production, answers to these questions were also found together in the literally hands-on seminar.
