On 29 January 2026, the young researchers immersed themselves in the world of chocolate production at the Children's University in the Rhein-Sieg district. Under the guidance of Guido Krause, they made their own Dubai-style chocolate - from the dark and milk chocolate shell to the angel hair and pistachio cream filling. Sensitivity and a tendency towards self-regulation were evident, but very few could resist trying the chocolate ingredients. The children worked on their chocolates with great enthusiasm and creativity for around two hours, gaining exciting insights into artisanal production processes and flavour refinement.
