Fortbildung: Sexuelle Belästigung an der Hochschule erkennen und angemessen reagieren

The training sessions on November 10, 2026, and January 8, 2027 (both organized by the Troisdorf Women’s Center) will teach us how to recognize potential boundary violations, better assess situations, and respond appropriately. They provide an opportunity to explore our own options for action and gain confidence in handling challenging situations. All interested employees, especially managers, are cordially invited to participate and thus contribute to a respectful and appreciative working environment at the university.

Groups are limited to a maximum of 22 participants each.
