Improve your English language skills, work on a project together with students from a Dutch university and gain intercultural experience? All of this is offered in the exchange programme with the HAN University of Applied Sciences, which is open to first-semester students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences. Register now - places are limited!

Together with the Department of Applied Sciences, the Language Centre offers an annual language exchange project with our partner university in Nijmegen, the HAN (Hogeschool van Arnhen en Nijmegen, Arnhem and Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences).

The exchange project runs from March to June 2026, during which time students from both universities work together virtually in small groups on projects and have the opportunity to get to know each other personally during visits to both universities.

As part of the exchange programme between Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences (HBRS) and HAN University of Applied Sciences, students from both universities had the opportunity to visit each other in 2025 and gain insights into studying and student life in the neighbouring country.
