You've always wanted to try sewing, embroidery or crochet, or want to share your passion for handicrafts with others? Then you've come to the right place!

Take the opportunity to get creative together in a cosy atmosphere and meet new people!

Inspired by the ‘Sewing Bees’, where traditionally women would get together to sew and do crafts, we warmly invite everyone to join us for a creative exchange.

Together with Jill Yates, we are once again opening up the space for anyone who is interested in sustainable crafts, trying out new techniques or simply wants to be creative in good company.

Bring your own projects, exchange ideas with others or be inspired by our materials and ideas on site – without any pressure and at your own pace.

When and where? On Wednesday, 21 May 2025 between 16:30 and 18:00 in the library – feel free to stop by anytime. There is no set start time and no obligation to stay until the end.

What should you bring? Anything you are currently working on – or just your curiosity! We will also provide a selection of materials and tools: sewing machines, fabrics, wool, crochet hooks, cross stitch tools and much more.

Participation is free of charge.
