I have forgotten my SIS password. How can I get a new password?

Open the address: www.sis.h-brs.de. Then click on „Forgot your password?“ Enter your user name (vnnnnn1s) and your matriculation number (You can find it on you student ID) , then click on „Send password“. The password will be sent to your university email address.
Please note that this process may take up to 15 minutes.

I have lost my login details. What am I to do?
Unfortunately there is no other option but to request new login details. Students at the Sankt Augustin Campus apply to the Service Point during opening hours. Students at the Rheinbach Campus apply to Mr Werner in room B127.

I have trouble with loggin in to the PC pool. Whom shoud I approach?

My LEA login does not work. What can I do?
Did you use the correct login details? Login as follows:

  • User name: SIS user name: vnnnnn1s
  • Library password

If the problem still exists, please contact a member of the library staff or the BIB support: lea-support@bib.h-brs.de (link sends email).

All problems or irregularities should be reported to the respective Service Point.
