NEW TEXTBOOK BY PROF. DR. STIBBE ON CSR SUCCESS MANAGEMENT

The textbook covers the CSR reform process, which requires companies to exercise global due diligence. Not just large organisations, but especially SMEs along the supply chain are affected by the CSR reporting requirements, the mandatory core elements of the National Action Plan for the Implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and requirements for implementing risk management systems.

Current empirical studies show that CSR, a dual success factor in the modules "Society" and "Competitive Advantage," can only work if CSR is embedded in the organisation and its business processes, and if there are measurable results. Successful companies must practice adequate CSR success management.
This textbook underlines the importance of CSR for companies of all sizes with a view to reducing implementation blocks. Its target group are students, the future thought leaders, decision makers and communicators of CSR in small and medium enterprises. Each chapter contains several practical examples and hints towards finding further support.
