New: SoSci Survey – Online surveys for your research
With immediate effect, Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (H-BRS) has a university licence for SoSci Survey. This allows all H-BRS students and staff to create online surveys for non-commercial research purposes free of charge and securely—without any additional fees or technical hurdles.

"Zu Gast auf dem Sofa" in der Bibliothek - Lesungen im Herbst
Die Lesereihe „Zu Gast auf dem Sofa“ der Hochschul- und Kreisbibliothek Bonn-Rhein-Sieg ist im kulturellen Angebot der Region seit mehr als 25 Jahren eine etablierte Größe. Für den Herbst haben wir wieder namhafte Autorinnen und Autoren mit herausragenden Büchern nach Sankt Augustin und Rheinbach eingeladen.

Motivation for term papers and theses at the “Longest Writing Day of the Year”
When the days grow long again in the summer, the library hosts the “Longest Writing Day of the Year.” For the third time, this event took place on Tuesday, June 16, at the library on the Rheinbach campus. The writing day is organized by the library and the Schreibzentrum + Writing Centre.

The research services of the library now offer researchers a new tool for the secure storage of research data.Coscine stores data from research projects in accordance with the FAIR principles. Coscine offers structured storage with metadata management, collaborative cooperation, and long-term storage for research data.
