Start-up-Cup 2025 - application phase started

The Start-up-Manufaktur is organising the university's internal Start-up-Cup ideas competition for the fifth time! The competition offers students, alumni and employees the opportunity to present their innovative ideas to a wide audience and receive valuable feedback. In addition to cash prizes for the first three places, a special impact prize will also be awarded this year for the best social or sustainability idea.

Start-up-Cup 2025

The application phase runs from now until 18 August 2025, during which time all interested university members can submit their ideas in the form of a pitch deck. Regardless of whether it is a new product, an innovative service or a pioneering technology - all ideas are welcome. Even companies that have already been founded can take part in the competition if they are less than one year old.

The five best teams will present their idea to an external jury in the final. The top three will be awarded cash prizes. In addition, two special prizes will be awarded (ticket for the separate Impact Cup for the best social or sustainability ideas, inclusion in the DIGITALHUB.de accelerator programme)

Support for applicants

A workshop on "How to create the right pitch deck" will be offered to prepare applicants for participation. In addition, all interested parties can obtain further information and clarify open questions in a free consultation.
