I can do it - Coaching-Programm for women in leadership positions and professors of the H-BRS

The H-BRS would like to support persons (f/d) in leadership positions and female professors who would like to develop themselves further and implement the topics of female empowerment and new leadership culture (e.g. team leadership, feedback culture, self-care) sustainably in their everyday work. The innovative program "I can do it" of the Equal Opportunity Office is aimed at female professors and persons (w/d) who are facing a new challenge at H-BRS, who find themselves in an unfamiliar role or who want to face a new task in the future.

The coaching program for female professors and persons (w/d) in leadership positions is a special experience and opportunity. The number of places is limited and the coaching has been funded by the Equal Opportunity Office since 2021. Therefore, it is only given to female applicants who are intrinsically motivated to grow. The program is an offer specifically designed to meet the needs of H-BRS to promote female leadership culture in our departments, research institutes and administration. It is a compact 1:1 support program with a fixed structure and time frame and extends over the duration of one month. It is based on various established coaching approaches (systemic, solution-oriented, classical). The cooperation with our external and certified coach, Dott. Eleonora Bonacossa, requires commitment and the willingness to engage in new things and to reflect on one's own behavior.
