New language certificate offered by the Language Centre: Oxford Test of English (OTE)

The OTE is an internationally recognised language certificate that can be used as proof of the required language proficiency when applying for university, for internships or for a semester abroad. It is a computer-based, adaptive test for general English that covers the language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. We currently only over the test version OTE Advanced, which assesses language skills up to CEFR level C1.

The first test date in the summer semester 2026 is scheduled for Friday, 22 May 2026, from 2 pm to 5 pm; online registration is now open. The exam fee is €150.
