Contact Persons Evaluation

Overall responsible for evaluation at Bonn-Rhine-Sieg University of Applied Sciences is the Vice President Teaching and Learning.

He is supported in this by the central office for evaluation in the Centre for Teaching Development and Innovation (ZIEL).

Coordination of evaluation procedures in the departments

An important factor for the acceptance and use of evaluation procedures is to see them as an opportunity for the self-reflection process.

At Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, evaluation procedures are regulated by the evaluation regulations in the sense of a generally valid framework. However, the university emphasises the principle of subsidiarity in the individual design and in the assessment of quality and the development of quality measures for the study programmes. Therefore, there is an evaluation officer in each department who coordinates the department's internal evaluation procedures, with the support of a working group for evaluation.

The evaluation officers meet once per semester and as needed to reflect on and further develop the evaluation instruments and processes and to make joint decisions.

They are organised in one of the ZIEL working groups.
