Women and leadership
The Equal Opportunity Office promotes women in their effectiveness - for example, as students in cyber security, through scholarships for a doctorate, on the way to an HAW professorship, or with the help of a special coaching program for female professors and managers in administration. The topics of female empowerment and new leadership culture are valued and supported at H-BRS at every stage for women in the sciences.
