The Master's degree programme at H-BRS is characterised by individual supervision, guidance towards independent scientific work and interdisciplinary collaboration in research and development projects.
After successfully completing the programme, students are awarded the internationally recognised academic degree of Master of Science. This degree entitles the holder to a doctorate. The degree prepares students for specialist and management positions in industry, business, administration, research and development.

Admission requirements
A professionally qualifying university degree in a subject related to business informatics, computer science or economics. In the case of computer science and economics, it is assumed that business informatics subjects were taken in the Bachelor's degree programme. The proportion of subjects with computer science content should comprise at least 20 ETCS for a degree in economics; similarly, the proportion of subjects with economics content should also comprise at least 20 ECTS for a degree in computer science.
Admission type and application deadline
There are no entry requirements for this degree programme. If you meet all the entry requirements, you can apply within the application period. You can apply from 15 November to 15 March to start your studies in the summer semester, and from 15 May to 15 September to start your studies in the winter semester.
Language skills
The programme is German. Elective modules may also be in English. German language skills at level C1 (CEFR) are required, demonstrated by a German university entrance qualification or the following German language certificates: German language certificates.
