Publishing online at pub H-BRS

The publication server pub H-BRS is the Institutional Repository at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University. The library offers members of the university the opportunity to publish qualified documents online, free of charge. These documents are archived and permanently available for download.

Research reports and working papers

Research reports and working papers in PDF format can be published online by H-BRS members. The current licence texts of the Creative Commons licences are available for selection on the publication server.

For these publications on the publication server, the library assigns ISBN and DOI to grant citability. Please contact us for this before preparing the final version.

Self-archiving

Many publishers grant authors of closed access journal or conference papers a permission for self-archiving under certain conditions. Self-archiving is also called Green Open Access.

The library delivers all PDF publications to the German National Library (DNB). This fulfils the DNB's right of deposit and ensures additional long-term archiving of the documents.
