Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Usability

Das Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Usability unterstützt kleine und mittlere Unternehmen dabei, digitale Technologien so zu gestalten, dass sie einfach genutzt und positiv erlebt werden können. Die Gestaltung digitaler Produkte und Dienstleistungen bedarf optimaler Usability (U) und positiver User Experience (UX). Werden passende UUX-Methoden angewandt, führt dies zu höherer Produktivität, mehr Kundenzufriedenheit und steigender Begeisterung der Nutzer.
