The laboratory notebook elabFTW ist offered to H-BRS researchers via the research services of the library.
Course description

This introductory training presents best practices for getting started with eLabFTW. Participants will learn about planning, organization, responsibilities, helpful resource blocks and conventions, as well as practical recommendations based on experience.

Learning objectives

After completing this training session, participants will be able to:

  • identify key considerations when planning the use of eLabFTW
  • understand how responsibilities can be organized and clarified
  • apply helpful resource blocks and conventions for structured documentation
  • recognize common risks and use practical recommendations when getting started with eLabFTW.

This training course forms part of the joint training programme offered by the network "Schulung, Beratung und Kuratierung" It is run by the University of Duisburg-Essen in collaboration with the University of Münster and is open to all members of universities in North Rhine-Westphalia.
