I have forgotten my DIAS password.

Send an e-mail to workflowentwickler@h-brs.de asking them to reset your password.

How can I add a printer?

These instructions assume that a compatible printer driver has already been installed on your computer. If this is not the case, please contact the ServicePoint to have the driver installed.

 

How can I order office materials?
  • Log in to DIAS using your user name and password.

  • Click on the button “Forms / New”; this will open a menu on the left side from which you can select “Order office materials”.

  • Open the form, enter all the information required, then click on the link to the LYRECO WEBSHOP under “Order through Lyreco”.

  • The web shop will open in a new tab and you can choose everything you need.

  • When you have finished, send your order, close the tab and click on “Update”. The final step is to send the form by clicking on “Next”.

How can I book rooms?

Individual staff members can use this request form to book rooms in their own department or in other divisions or departments.

  • Log in to DIAS with your user name and password. Click on the button “Forms / New”; this will open a menu on the left side from which you can select “Book meeting rooms”.

How do I issue a procurement order?
  • Log in to DIAS with your user name and password.

  • Click on the button “Forms / New”; this will open a menu on the left side from which you can select “Procurement”.

  • Fill out all the fields required.

  • If you are sending a separate attachment, make a note of your reference number and send the e-mail with the attachment and reference number to einkauf@h-brs.de .
