Contact Student Advice Centre

Simply get in touch by telephone during our office hours or by email (see the box at the top of the page)!
Many queries can be resolved straight away during our telephone consultation hours. If it becomes clear during the call that your enquiry is more complex, we’ll be happy to arrange a personalised consultation appointment.

For prospective students who would like a detailed consultation, we offer the option to book an appointment online. Please direct any minor queries to us during our telephone consultation hours or by email.

Enrolled Students wishing to book an appointment for a detailed consultation should please contact the student advisers directly.

In addition to individual counselling, the Student Advice Centre offers information and support on different aspects of studying for the various target groups. Most of these services are offered in German.
