IWK Student Council

The Fachschaftsrat IWK  (colloquially Fachschaft) represents the interests of the student body in the Department of Engineering and Communication at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. We work on a voluntary basis for the interests of the student body - for example in the event of problems with lecturers, lectures and examinations.

The IWK student council is always looking for support in the realisation of events and the co-design of student ideas and wishes in the department. Feel free to get in touch by email or Instagram or simply drop by our room (A 041).

We also organise SwiSo (Swinging Sofa) - the (almost) monthly party of the IWK department during the lecture period. You can find all the information about this on our LEA page of the IWK student council, on Instagram or on posters that are put up in front of SwiSo at the university.
