Social Protection (MSc)

Admission Criteria - M.Sc. Social Protection

To be admitted to the degree programme, students are required to provide evidence of:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree from a relevant academic field such as
    • economics
    • political sciences
    • sociology
    • international relations
    • business administration
    • public health
    • public policy
    • law
    • administration
    • education
    • social science
    • psychology
    • international relations/development
    • other subjects, insofar as the contents relating to the subject area of social protection encompass a minimum of 15 credits in accordance with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
  • At least 5 months practical experience (unpaid internships and/or voluntary work is accepted) in a field related to social protection.
  • Proof of English language proficiency, with a minimum level of C1 according to the common European framework, unless you are a native speaker or conducted previous studies in English. Recognized language tests can be found or students can submit a letter from their university stating that their official language of instruction was in English. 
  • A CV in table form.
  • A letter of motivation.
  • A research proposal within the area of social protection. Kindly use our template for the research proposal, which you are going to find here.
