CSR & NGO Management: Introduction week winter term 2022

We are looking forward to meeting you on Thursday, 15 September 2022, at 09:00 in our onboarding session on Campus Sankt Augustin, seminar room E 145. The introduction courses will start on Friday, 16 September and will go until Saturday, 24 September. Please find the latest updated version of the MBA schedule for the winter term 2022 on our MBA degree programme website. 

We have organized the following agenda for your first day:

09:00  Welcome Session & Onboarding

11:45  Group Picture on the Campus yard

12:00  Break: Common Lunch

13:00  Campus & Library Tour

14:00  Introduction to the IT-System and University Student Accounts

15:30  Final Closing Session

What to bring to your first onboarding day?
Please bring your student ID card, your passport, your personal laptop/notebook and your IT access information sheet.

Virtual "Meet your future fellows"-Session for admitted candidates on July 26
On July 26th, at 5 pm (CEST) we invite all our admitted candidates to our virtual session where you can meet some of your future fellows for the first time and get answers to your current ongoing travel planning, visa application, and accommodation search, et cetera. Participation in this session is possible only upon personal invitation via e-mail. 

Welcome Ceremony on 20 September 2022, 03:00 - 04:45 pm (Room E 123)
+ Welcome BBQ from 17:00 to 19:00 on Sankt Augustin Campus

All MBA students are invited to join us on 20 September, starting at 15:00 for a welcome event for our MBA Newcomers from Batch 2021 and Batch 2022. The event session will start at 15:00 on Sankt Augustin Campus, Room E 123. Afterwards, we invite you to join the casual part of the welcome event starting approximately 17:00 - a BBQ together outdoors in the campus courtyard.
