A new victory for the b-it-bots: Third RoboCup@Work world championship title won at RoboCup 2025
Our b-it-bots team has done it again: At RoboCup 2025, which took place in Salvador, Brazil, our team finished victorious in the RoboCup@Work league! With this, our team won its third RoboCup@Work title, after 2019 and 2023. The competition took place between July 15-20, with the final taking place on July 20th.
Once again, the team competed with our KUKA youBot platform. The members of the victorious team were (from left to right in the picture) Gokul Krishna Gandhi Chenchani, Ayusee Swain, Anudeep Sai Sajja, and Amirhossein Soltani, all of whom are students in our master's program on autonomous systems (MAS).
In the final, our team fought of particularly valiant competition from team SWOT from the Technical University Würzburg-Schweinfurt, who finished just behind the b-it-bots in second place. The podium was completed by team autonOHM from the Technical University Nürnberg.
The victory is also historic, as our b-it-bots obtained the highest score ever in the @Work league.
