The interactive exhibition ‘Rad ab, Schraube locker’ presents everyday objects with a connection to democracy and technology. It can be seen in the library on the Rheinbach campus from 3 May to 7 June 2024.

At the exhibition opening, Prof. Klaus Lehmann from the H-BRS Centre for Ethics and Responsibility will introduce the exhibition. In the following tour, individual tools will be used to show how complex issues can be simplified and made easier to understand.

The exhibition ‘Rad ab, Schraube locker’ provides ideas for analysing and reflecting. It is a toolbox for dismantling technology and society.

The exhibition was made possible by a cooperation with the Centre for Ethics and Responsibility (ZEV) and the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University Library. ZEV has put together a varied accompanying programme to complement the exhibition. The library is showing a media exhibition with literature to explore the topics in greater depth.

Guided tours through the exhibition:

14.5., 16.5., 21.5., 23.5., 28.5., 4.6., 6.6. each at 4 pm: guided tours with subsequent exchange (duration approx. 45 - 60 min); also on request (for larger groups please register at daniel.fine@h-brs.de)
