Cancellation of enrolment or removal from the students' register

If you wish to cancel your enrolment or to remove yourself from the students' register, please read the following information:

Cancellation of enrolment is only possible before lecture start. For cancellation you must apply for in writing and informally.

With the start of lectures only the removal from the students' register is possible.
For removal from the students' register you can apply for at any time using the form provided.

The semester contribution can only be refunded if you apply for cancellation or removal from the students' register before lecture start.

The application for reimbursement you need to submit together with the student ID card by 23.09.2019 at the latest for the winter semester 2019/2020.

If we receive the application for de-registration with or after the start of lectures, the semester contribution cannot be refunded.
