User agreement for the Creative Space Rheinbach
1. General
The Creative Space (room H202, Rheinbach Campus) is used for creative work, exchange and working on start-up ideas and is available to registered students, alumni and members of the university and teams of the start-up manufactory start-up counselling service.
The room can be used during the opening hours of the Rheinbach Campus library. Any other times of use must be discussed with the Start-up-Manufaktur in advance.
2. Booking & Key allocation
Booking obligation: Use is only permitted after prior reservation.
Key issue: The key is issued against signature in the library and must be returned in person.
Responsibility: The person who receives the key is fully responsible for the condition of the room and compliance with all rules during the entire period of use.
3. Room condition & behaviour
Order & cleanliness: The room must be left as it was found - tidy, clean, without rubbish or private items.
Equipment: All furniture, equipment and materials must be treated with care. Damage or technical problems must be reported immediately.
Furniture & equipment: The equipment may not be removed from the room.
4. Liability & sanctions
Liability for damage or loss: Users are liable for damage or loss of equipment in the event of gross negligence or theft. The existing equipment is recorded in an inventory list, which lists all permanently installed and movable items. This is checked after each use.
Misuse or offences: In the event of repeated attempts or serious offences, use may be permanently banned.
Disclaimer: The university is not liable for personal items that are forgotten or stolen in the room.
5. Data protection
Data processing: Collection of usage data (e.g. for room utilization, traceability) is based on the university's data protection regulations.
