H-BRS erhält DAAD-Förderung im Programm „Academic Horizons – Attracting Global Minds“

The aim of the project is to attract top international talents in the field of artificial intelligence to study or pursue a PhD in Germany and at H-BRS, and to integrate them into academia and the labour market in the long term. The focus is on establishing a structured ‘Talent Track Practice Pipeline’ through which qualified Master’s students and PhD candidates are specifically recruited, supported and prepared for their future careers.

Through cooperation between the Department of Computer Science, the Graduate Institute and the International Office, measures for international recruitment, professional qualification and social integration are interlinked. In addition, mentoring programmes, intercultural initiatives and partnerships with companies contribute to the sustainable networking of participants.

With “TALENT”, H-BRS is strengthening its international focus in the future-oriented field of artificial intelligence, whilst also contributing to securing a skilled workforce and promoting the next generation of international researchers in Germany.
