Share your experiences and stories from your stay abroad
What does a social media ambassador do?
- You create at least three creative posts (reel or post)
- You provide insights into your stay abroad
- You share helpful tips and experiences from your semester abroad
- You inspire other students through your personal storytelling
- You contribute to the visibility of the H-BRS international community
Contents of your contributions
- Introduction: Who are you? What are you studying? What motivated you to study abroad?
- Everyday student life: Campus life, leisure activities, accommodation, travelling, cultural impressions...
- Practical tips: Application, travelling, financing, language acquisition, intercultural experiences...
- Reflections & experience: What went well? What was challenging? What did you learn?
Formats and publication
You have creative freedom in your choice of format:
- Instagram Reels (also with voiceover)
- Photo post with explanatory texts
Your contributions will be published directly on our official channels. Collaboration with your private account is possible on request.
Our expectations :
- Active participation through at least three contributions
- Utilisation of creative freedom within our guidelines
- Independent creation of contributions
Your benefits as a Social Media Ambassador
- Receive an Ambassador:in certificate after successful participation
- You will be in close contact with the International Office
- In the thick of things instead of just being there: active involvement in various events organised by the International Office
- Support through equipment from the "Video Lab".
*Please note that the role of an ambassador is unpaid.

Sophia is studying Visual Technical Communication at H-BRS. In the winter semester 25/26, she is spending her semester abroad at FH Wien. There, she is taking courses in content production and digital media management.
