Application via uni assist
Uni-assist e.V. is a non-profit organisation that carries out preliminary checks of international student applications on behalf of numerous universities in Germany. It checks whether the application documents are complete, whether the applicants fulfil the required formal access requirements for the desired degree programme, and the international grades converted to the German grading system.
The following applicant groups with international qualifications/ bachelor’s degrees are currently required to apply via uni-assist (standard procedure) for English-language degree programmes at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg:
Bachelor's degree:
- Applied Biology (B.Sc.): All applicants with international educational qualifications (except second-degree applicants with a German bachelor’s/ master’s degree).
- International Business (B.Sc): All applicants with international educational qualifications (except second-degree applicants with a German bachelor’s/ master’s degree).
Master's degree:
- Autonomous Systems (M.Sc.): Applicants with international bachelor’s degrees who require a visa but do not yet have one.
- Biomedical Sciences (M.Sc.): Applicants with international bachelor’s degrees who require a visa but do not yet have one.
- Game Technologies (M.Sc.): Applicants with international bachelor’s degrees who require a visa but do not yet have one.
- International Media Studies (M.A.): All applicants with international bachelor’s degrees.
- Marketing (M.Sc.): non-EU/ non-EEA nationals with non-EU/ non-EEA bachelor's degrees (except second-degree applicants with a German master's degree).
- Social Protection (M.Sc.): Applicants with international bachelor’s degrees who require a visa but do not yet have one.
