Insights from Kosovo: Strengthening Ties: Collaborative Initiatives
Her visit underscored a commitment to adapting the ISEE framework to address the unique educational needs of teachers and students in Kosovo while fostering essential international partnerships.
During her week-long stay, Eileen Küpper engaged in productive discussions with project partners Zinaide Gruda and Blerta Mustafa at the Faculty of Philosophy, focusing on strategies for expanding the ISEE project, which is rooted in enhancing intercultural competence and promoting effective collaboration in diverse business contexts.
The discussions created potential pathways for collaborative initiatives that leverage shared knowledge and resources and outlined a series of objectives that are pivotal for developing global citizens. By sharing insights and best practices, the aim is to empower the students with future skills to navigate the complexities of an ever-changing learning and work environment.
In addition, Eileen Küpper met with several other faculty members to explore potential future projects. These conversations highlighted various opportunities for joint research initiatives, student exchanges, and workshops that could enrich the academic landscape of both institutions.
This visit underscores the Language Centres commitment to building strong partnerships that facilitate knowledge exchange and innovation. Through these collaborative efforts, we aspire to cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of learning and social responsibility that extends beyond borders. We look forward to the outcomes of these discussions and the potential projects that may emerge from this strengthened relationship with our counterpart in Kosovo.
