“Family-Friendly University” Certification Ceremony

On June 18, 2026, the 28th certification ceremony of berufundfamilie Service GmbH took place at the dbb forum berlin. The event recognized the commitment of a total of 250 companies, institutions, and universities that had successfully completed the “audit berufundfamilie” and the “audit familiengerechte hochschule” over the previous twelve months. In addition, 27 organizations were awarded the “audit beruf&vielfalt” or “audit hochschule&vielfalt” certificate, which is jointly issued by berufundfamilie and Charta der Vielfalt e.V. The certificates, awarded by the Board of Trustees of berufundfamilie Service GmbH, serve as a seal of quality and confirmation of a systematic commitment to fostering work-life balance and diversity in the workplace and academic environment.

The work-life balance certificates were presented by Prof. Dr. Dr. Helmut Schneider, Senior Research Fellow at the Ferdinand-Steinbeis-Institut and certification officer for the Board of Trustees, and Managing Director Oliver Schmitz.
