HAN University of Applied Sciences visits H-BRS in Rheinbach

The visit was designed to give our guests a first-hand impression of our teaching and research environment while fostering academic exchange and strengthening the long-standing partnership between our institutions. From the moment they arrived, the program offered numerous opportunities to connect, exchange ideas, and experience campus life together. 

On the second day, the focus shifted from the laboratory to cultural exchange. Our Dutch guests explored the city of Bonn while spending time with students from our university, giving everyone the chance to continue conversations and compare their experiences of university life. The visit highlighted the value of international collaboration—not only through academic exchange but also through the personal connections that develop along the way. Afterwards, some of the students expressed their intention to apply for the Dual-Degree program, which enables them to study at both universities across the border. We thank our guests for their visit and look forward to welcoming them back to Rheinbach for future joint activities.
