In March, the first of two workshop series will take place as part of the Girls in STEM Year.

In collaboration with the Regional Education Office of the Rhein-Sieg District, the zdi network based there, and numerous partners from industry and research, a diverse program was developed for female students from the region.

n the workshops, participants had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various STEM fields. Among the participating organizations were the Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology of Behavior, the sk Foundation for Youth and Media, and DasDigiDings e. V. The university also offered numerous activities in the fields of engineering, computer science, and communication, as well as a workshop hosted by the Office for Gender Equality.

This made STEM immediately accessible and provided plenty of room for curiosity, creativity, and original ideas.
