This compact workshop gives doctoral researchers an afternoon of focused time to understand what is happening in this phase, recognise their own patterns within it, and leave with a realistic plan for the months ahead. A follow-up call a few weeks later gives participants the chance to review their progress, name the problems that have come up, and find solutions together.
Target Group
Doctoral researchers who are committed to finishing within the next year. It is particularly suited for those who find it difficult to prioritise their thesis alongside all the other obligations they may have. Participants should be willing to engage actively and be open to self-reflection and personal growth.
Course Instructor
Luisa Demant, London
Dr. Luisa Demant is trained as a social worker and holds a Ph.D. in sociology. Her research focuses on professional development and consulting in social professions.
